Information on this form is included with the Canstruction® Orlando report to the National organization and also is included with any entry that wins a National Award. These statements are reviewed by the National Jury to help determine the International Award winners.

Design Statement
(explain your inspiration, concept, philosophy, whatever explains to the judges why your structure is special; this information weighs heavily in the National judging)
Description
(describe your structure in detail, why you chose a particular food item, a design feature that was a challenge – and how you overcame it, etc.)
Set-up Needs
(anything you need to build your structure ie: an electrical outlet, special viewing needs, etc.)
Sketch
(the sketch must be 8.5 in x 11 in, a PDF, and less then 2 MB.)
